End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: March 17, 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and DAILAC.hr (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), the owner and operator of the Code Red - Understand Her mobile application (“App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on a compatible device that you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the App, its content, or any associated services.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, alter, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the App’s source code.
• Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Use the App in violation of any laws or regulations.

4. Subscription & Payments

The App offers premium subscription-based features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Payments are charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription via your app store settings.

5. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data collection and usage practices.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate any of the terms outlined herein.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

8. AI Chatbot Use & Disclaimer

The App includes an AI-powered chatbot feature, which may be powered by third-party AI providers such as OpenAI or Google Gemini. This feature is designed to assist users within the scope of the App’s intended functionality.

All chatbot interactions are processed locally on your device. We do not store or access any of your AI chatbot conversation data on our servers.

The AI chatbot is explicitly configured to not provide medical advice or any recommendations beyond the core functionality of the App. Any outputs generated by the chatbot should not be relied upon for decision-making or taken as authoritative advice.

You understand and agree that we are not responsible or liablefor the accuracy, reliability, or content of responses generated by the AI. Use of the chatbot is at your own discretion and risk.
